Current Employee Amazing product and leadership. Co-founder is still engaged and has a world domination mindset (in a good way). Customers love the product and the product works flawlessly. Any churn is rare but 99.99% political / relationship based, not due to bad experiences. Data center business isn’t high velocity or inbound like you might see from point solutions but experienced DC sellers will understand the market and effort required. Enormous earning potential across all field territories (commercial, ent, strategic, global). $1m+ earners across every vertical, every year. Incentive comp is incredible. Technical resources are all highly experienced in storage industry, can’t speak more highly about the team. Life changing earning potential and zero time spent dealing with angry customers. Not an exaggeration - I have over a dozen customers in my book and they are never angry. EVER. The product just WORKS. If you have an opportunity to join Pure, you should.
