The company is pushing hard to recreate the IR space but unfortunately is understaffed in many areas. This leaves reps herding cats and cleaning up other peoples problems. Meanwhile managements "support" is all for show, they feel they have the answer before the ask if completely shared, leaving the reps feel unheard. Management also feels the reps are "order takers" and have adjusted the comp plan down to reflect that stance. Very limited training as salespeople and zero sales culture make this a difficult place to work at times.

Overall my experience was decent. For the first two years, OTE was excellent. This, however, was during the pandemic. Post-pandemic the business tried to grow too quickly and it was not sustainable. Proceed with caution before applying here - 10 rounds of layoffs happened while I was there, truly expect a "corporate town hall" every monday morning to tell you theres been a new round of layoffs, no structure/planning here, will lay people off casually who have been here for 10-15 years.
