Former Employee Overall my experience was decent. For the first two years, OTE was excellent. This, however, was during the pandemic. Post-pandemic the business tried to grow too quickly and it was not sustainable. High-turnover in both Sales team and leadership, claw backs on commissions, re-written comp plans, overspend on R&D with nothing to show for it in the products and fierce competition against superior products led to a steep decline in my fourth year there. The company was excellent at one point, but they allowed themselves to morph into a "churn and burn" and "win at all costs" company with no regard for the employees.
