Current Employee Majority of reps don’t hit quota. Management, specifically with the new ownership group, is working hard to reset sales culture which was previously pretty relaxed to put pressure on everyone who’s selling to hit targets and is also setting lofty goals. They present it as a great opportunity to make lots of money and that they’ve “set people up for success” but when no one’s achieving targets everyone becomes aware and management loses credibility. Culture is poor with regular departures and layoffs and everyone wonders if they’re next. Even the CEO and founder was pushed to the side for a new leader to come in. If the ceo can be displaced everyone knows they’re disposable. There’s also been multiple sales leadership team that have all preached the various versions of the same “we’re going to change things” mentality and really they put their own spin on things to at best achieve incremental change. The reality is it’s a really hard industry to sell into and eventually all bright eyed newcomers realize that. Browse Other Reviews
