An organization in distress who had too much faith in the previous leadership/ELT and now find themselves in a bind between a tough economy and lack of foresight in product roadmaps. There’s a chance for the org to turn it around but it will be risky and will take some time.

Wasn't the best. I felt like our product lagged the market in capabilities, and took too long to bring new features to market.
