Turned into an awful company since Silverlake aquisition. Difficult to sell long extensive sales cycles. Lack of product innovation basically a survey management tool which is tried to be sold as strategic management tool.

Many reps had ramp quotas. Only fully ramped reps were able to meet their quota.

Company was amazing, turned into mess. Trying to switch to profitability but reps still don’t have what they need to hit quota. <20% do.
