I had a really hard time working at Qualtrics. The sales enablement and sales support teams were very frustrating and I did not feel like I had the resources to succeed. Internal systems are incredibly unorganized so when I could not get internal help, it was very hard and time consuming to find the answers myself. Now that I am at a new company where these resources are readily available to me and prioritized, it stands out even more to me how hard it was to support current customers and close deals to the standard that I hold for myself as a seller.

Being an SDR for 1.5 years at Qualtrics, I learned about prospecting and not so much about the sales cycle and product. If you are not on the mid market team you won't ever make phone calls so your skills will be lacking in talking to people. Most of your role will revolve around mining and sending email campaigns.

Overall experience was great at the start, and for an entry role it is very good. However, once you start to grow within this role, and achieve your targets, you quickly realise that the Compensation for the role is not reflective of the work you do. As well as that, there has been a drop in the promotion of culture within this role.
