Former Employee2.1Apr 16, 2025Company is a crapshoot in EMEA, in US a bit more established and "okay". Not many reps hit quota consistently. In US we hit quota by up-selling to existing customers, new customers is virtually impossible. EMEA still developing existing book of business, so they rely totally on new business which is why no one is hitting target over there.
