Great staring point and good initial training. However your success depends on the project and workload is very high as you make 120 cold calls a day and less than the industry average. Also, only get 250 a month for beating your quota for both clients.

Great people and support team. However there’s no commission structure in this sales role. Which is very odd for a sales position, expecting you to make 100+ cold calls a day. Management would check your activity throughout the day.

This position is excellent for someone wanting SDR experience. The company teaches you BDR best practices and is great for adaptable individuals who learn quickly. The bonus structure has changed over the years, and as of now August 2024, you're granted an additional taxable $250 if you achieve over quota for the month.
