Current Employee My overall experience was terrible no leads, working with entry level management that we report to so they are learning as well. Management/owner feel they know it all and there is no space to hear out employees to find different ways to go about things. We get penalized for not booking when they can’t themselves. Headache more than anything. Culture is great though fun environment all in all but misleading.
