Current Employee RSA SecurID is a excellent company to be a salesperson (IMO). Quotas are obtainable (but not easy). With work & luck you can beat your quota. Personally I find this to be a good working culture. In my experience, management sincerely wants to be engaged in closing deals (it's not lip service). Management also gave us good tools to monetize RSA to the prospects.
We have a 401k match and good benefits.
I wish we had inbound quality leads. IMO, the marketing dept or BDR will not save you.
