You have to take in every aspect of selling, marketing, support and customer service yourself. They are severely understaffed and most of the company is now run out of Cario.

RSA SecurID is a excellent company to be a salesperson (IMO). Quotas are obtainable (but not easy). With work & luck you can beat your quota. Personally I find this to be a good working culture. I worked for RSA while it was still part of Dell and then spun off to STG private equity. Overall, it was a good experience. I was able to develop my career at the company in the EMC/Dell years. It's a very different company now and you need to do your research on the product line and its leadership.
