The issue with RSA is simply their cloud products. They have a legacy token product which a lot of large enterprises use in tiny or temporary deployments. However these large global companies have such a small spend that they clearly use a competitor for cloud based authentication. RSA has a cloud product that simply doesn’t stack up to Microsoft, Okta, Duo to name a few. Enterprises simply do not want to move to RSA for and inferior and more costly product.

I worked for RSA while it was still part of Dell and then spun off to STG private equity. Overall, it was a good experience. I was able to develop my career at the company in the EMC/Dell years. It's a very different company now and you need to do your research on the product line and its leadership.
