SDR - 95k OTE
Sr. SDR - 120k OTE (eligible after 9mo if attainment requirements are met)
Enterprise SDR - 130k OTE
Upwards mobility is a huge issue. 115-130 SDRs with very few spots to go to AE (junior AE here is called ISR, which requires 9mo, then another 3mo of Sr. ISR before becoming an SMB AE).
Promotions across GTM are switching to quarterly, so if you miss, you wait 3mo, and a new wave of candidates are eligible and it becomes more competitive.
People tend to go for promotions into AM/CSM without necessarily wanting it, but there are few options and SDR burnout is very quick.
