Ramp is a great company. Ramp sales org is a different story. It’s ran by kids without closing experience and was generally the worst experience of my career so far. Lots of weird people ego, but there’s certainly a sound growth trajectory if that’s your thing.

Senior SDR leadership is extremely junior. Most managers haven’t closed deals or prospected in over a year. Training and enablement sound great in theory but fall apart in practice.
