The company culture as a whole is fairly positive. The compensation structure seems to always change for the worse, making sales goals harder to attain while also reducing the maximum potential earnings.

Solid base pay, but the commission structure is very, very bad unless you are an extreme performer. Our top 2 reps make almost 200k a year, but they also have inherited the two best accounts and feast on them. The first 26k every quarter you have to give to the "house," then it ramps to 5% for 26k-36k, and about another 5% per 10k. The thing they don't tell you is...Read More
