It's a sweatshop. You'll be making a ton of dials every day and always aiming to hit your metrics for promotion.

If you can cut it, its a great way to get moved to AE quickly and jump ship to a better company that pays more and cares about you once you've got the title.

As an SDR it’s a grind, and it can definitely feel like the AEs don’t really care about that side of the house because they’ve already made it. The emerging verticals are tough, with legal I think being the most challenging to book demos into.

While you do make a lot of dials- at least its worth it! You could go somewhere else maybe make less dials, but you wouldn't get the sales experience or even opportunity to move as quickly at any other place. I'd take that over low volume all day long. You won't get volume like this at other places, trust me thats a good thing! They have made a lot of strides in the last few years to create a really good culture- celebrating each department as individuals but also as a whole. Lots of fun clubs, volunteer opportunities, and company events at milestones. Jess is hands on in the chat and makes sure to be available if needed - big upside
