The base salary is low and your SDR quota is based on the deal closing, not the demo showing up. Dials are closely monitored, even if you hit you booking goal. Saw a guy book 16 demos in a day, and he still had to hit his 130 dials. Good entry role, but gain the skills and find a new role.

Great training, hire people with no experience and train them to be great SDR/AE. Opportunities at this point are limited, lead pool is ran through and no more inbounds. Great company if you want to learn, not the best if you’re experienced.
