Not a bad company. My managers truly cared about your development. Unfortunately the company as a whole wasn’t run properly. A new CEO came and made some wonderful changes in the implementation process.

Amount of individuals hitting quota lately seems to have gone down in SMB. Have to get lucky with a “quota breaking” deal to hit your number.

Company is currently not performing well, direct competitor announced layoffs. They created a new AE team that will pay you less and call it a promotion. When everyone started you were told you’ll left promoted within 9 months. Now there’s no telling where the company is headed with the SDR org. SDRs now have a quota for the their quota (yes, you read that right).
