Unaligned leadership, mixed messaging from leadership, and expectations in interviews do not match accurate expectations. No real training, not even given a script.

I had 3 different managers in 6 months. One manager left, the other was just temporary while they hired a new manager. I received no support, feedback, or training while under the temporary manager. My overall experience was ok. The first year was great, the quota is tangible with majority of reps hitting it, second year they changed comp and have unattainable quota. Don't recommend working for.
