There are many benefits to working at this company, however, there is not a good opportunity to earn well beyond $100k unless you have been with the company for a long time and know the ropes. The ability to earn decent money has improved in the last 12 months, however, it is not a role where you can expect to make beyond 100k. This is a SMB SAAS role so the sizes of deals are not going to be big enough to progress your career greatly.
