Good place to start your sales career. But you are left scratching your head at a lot of the decisions that are made by my leadership. Culture is pretty good depending on what department and team you are on.

However, the inbound lead flow is poor, the compensation structure is poor, and there is a revolving door of talent on the executive leadership team.
