My overall experience is bad. The sales manager at Recurly is so inexperienced and arrogant it ruins the experience. He makes you schedule an appointment through an executive assistant, can’t make it through a pitch deck, and says they need to sell collaboratively but will take over deals so he can be in the spotlight. They just removed the CEO, hopefully they bring in new sales management.

Two strategic acquisitions have caused a lot of chaos and disorganization internally, however if the companies are integrated in product well - there's a lot of upside.

Recurly is significantly behind the pace when compared to its competition. The leadership team should have been fired 2 years ago. Can't understand why the PE firm hasn't done so. No direction on where it can differentiate. Product team only design in rear view mirror, for clients on short term contracts. Terrible operational processes in place. Very little sales...Read More
