My overall experience was not one I would recommend. Zero accountability from a management perspective. Operates like a start up even though it's been around for a while. Certain teams hit higher quotas because management styles vary greatly and different people play by different rules. Run away as fast as you can. Overall, a good company. Individual developer and small team solutions are well known and trusted, but the enterprise solutions are new and not yet at a place where they're seen as valuable in an ecosystem that has a plethora of open-source solutions. Great management with above average culture. Pay is well below the market and growth opportunity is minimal.
