The culture took somewhat of a drastic change with 2 C-level changes in several months. The entire upper echelon of sales management stepped out (to a single competitor) and that generated massive changes downstream. IMO the 'old' Redis felt more caring and had a better feeling of work-play-hard culture.

Product has potential. The corporate team is experiencing challenges. Leadership lacks experience and this is reflected in poor quota attainment. Certain leaders exhibit concerning behavior. Would not recommend to my network

I love Redis and have had a great time here so far. The AEs and SAs are all wonderful to work with. The culture is very ambitious and demanding at times, as can be expected of a pre-IPO late stage startup, but the people I work with are some of the best in their field, and personal and professional growth is abundant.
