Redis has been and continues to be an amazing opportunity for the right people. You work hard, you are part of a great team and the upside is there if you put in the work. The technical enablement team is amazing and people are willing to help when you have questions and need answers. It's not an easy gig to obtain but if you manage to get hired you're going to like it here.

Difficult product to sell due to lack of product advancement and large competition space. The gap only got bigger with players like AWS, GCP, & Azure replicating the product. Leadership created a highly toxic environment that leads to large turnover rates. Align or resign is the mantra for the sales organization, especially for the Austin office. The culture took somewhat of a drastic change with 2 C-level changes in several months. The entire upper echelon of sales management stepped out (to a single competitor) and that generated massive changes downstream. IMO the 'old' Redis felt more caring and had a better feeling of work-play-hard culture.
