Current Employee I love Redis and have had a great time here so far. The AEs and SAs are all wonderful to work with. The culture is very ambitious and demanding at times, as can be expected of a pre-IPO late stage startup, but the people I work with are some of the best in their field, and personal and professional growth is abundant. A fantastic place to learn.
The mid-market team is very young and leadership can be demanding of certain KPIs and metrics. I wouldn't say it's driven by fear as some other reviewers have said. The leadership are workaholics and want the people under them to embody a similar drive. It's definitely not for everyone, and it's exasperated by the experience gap between the reps and management. Can't say I've seen biased promotions either; leadership likes people who perform and can take feedback.
All in all, I've had a wonderful time so far. Rowan, Tom, and Spencer are great executives.
