BUT NO STRATEGY TO SUPPORT OUTBOUND PIPE GEN
1) BDRs have 3 templates to blast out to contacts. No personalisation allowed. WTF
2) AE's are not allowed to use their initiative to drive pipe. No prospect webinars allowed.
3) AEs don't understand Customer Use Cases. Complete disconnect between New Business and SAMs/CAMs.
A ship that is sinking and led by a Leadership full of Toxicity.
