My overall experience at Regents Capital Corporation was good. This roll is a fully outbound role with high importance on finding new business/accounts. The commission plans they offer for the role is $45k base/ 15%-25% commission structure or a $60k base/10% commission structure. Professional development is not pushed as much as it should be. Company culture is pretty good and morale is high most times. The equipment financing market strictly depends on external economic factors.

Very boring & abysmal company culture. You can make a lot of money if you stay for 3+ years but it’s a grind hitting the phones. Go to the office, do your work & go home, don’t expect any fun or camaraderie.
