Former Employee Very poorly run organization. Spent 3 years here developing my own account portfolio and learning the industry (on my own). Once deal flow started and earning decent paychecks, company activates a round of lay offs which seemed to happen every 2-3 years. They also charge customers an extra fee called an interim payment and hide it very well in their documents. Do not expect working with repeat customers. They grind you for new accounts then let you go and take over the past and active accounts you brought to the company. Very poorly run overall. 3 years wasted on my end with little upside. They do offer high commission payments but it is not worth the headache. Very similar to a high school culture as well.
