Very boring & abysmal company culture. You can make a lot of money if you stay for 3+ years but it’s a grind hitting the phones. Go to the office, do your work & go home, don’t expect any fun or camaraderie.

My overall experience at Regents Capital Corporation was good. This roll is a fully outbound role with high importance on finding new business/accounts. Very poorly run organization. Spent 3 years here developing my own account portfolio and learning the industry (on my own). Once deal flow started and earning decent paychecks, company activates a round of lay offs which seemed to happen every 2-3 years.
