Former Employee Maybe all corporate orgs are like this but it seems kind of gross for the CEO to write himself $750k a year in cash when they keep doing layoffs. If it was equity I'd understand the high amount, I'm sure there's more I don't know.
What I very much do know is that I had to get a lawyer involved before they would pay me a whopping $5k commission I earned moving from the sdr to AE role.
Good product, my direct manager taught me a lot. But he didn't have my back when it counted most and the executive leadership is rotten imo.
