Former Employee It’s a call factory. At the end of the day, the Account Executives are just over-paid, over-experienced BDRs. Sales training is lead by a person who claims success selling long distance phone plans in the 80’s and still believes all sales still works like that. This is not a strategic sales org but more akin to a high volume call center. Spray and pray!
