It's such a shame how this company is dropping the ball. With Deel and Rippling in the news cycle we should be aggressively taking market share, but our marketing team is incompetent and wasn't able to take advantage of the news. Useless management that say "make it so", "how can I help", and "phone a friend" while not adding any value other than to pull you into additional forecast meetings. I truly think that they have no idea what we sell.

I would stay away from this place. It used to be a great place to work when I joined, but since Summer of 2022 it's been going downhill rapidly. The culture of the company is toxic as hell, there's so much prefential treatment for lead flow, and there's no clarity on inbound lead rotation. Some get 10-20/month, some get 0-5.
