Current Employee Culture is really good, but the money is not. It’s not been easy to achieve quotas since they have changed the team to hunters and farmers, stripping away producing accounts.
Quotas seem arbitrary and constantly change.
Also health insurance is extremely expensive in the US and they’ve not offered a stipend to offset what it costs for my family.
