Former Employee Management in APAC is the worst I've ever dealt with in my 10+ years in Sales.
Completely out of their depth and add no value to your sales cycles or career.
Culture of micro-management with daily forecasts required. Business is severely under-resourced and Sales lack cross-functional support.
Pay and 'benefits' seem great on paper, but you will be expected to take calls after-hours (as late as 1am in some cases), and will be discouraged to take annual leave.
Average tenure for an AE is less than 6 months. Writing is on the wall.
