Company is a total mess. Quotas change every quarter. If you do well in one quarter the target simply goes up so that you cannot overachieve again. The company goals do not align with the sales team which means you are asked to do lots of work to close long term deals that benefit the company but the rep see's no commission.

I would say the base pay is this decent due to the fact that OTE is difficult to attain. In Europe a lot of the teams are doing well in the Americas they’re still trying to grow the product in the platform so most of the team is still not hitting quota. Management is having a hard time determining what is an appropriate quota for our product in the region

Inbound reps are compensated on meetings booked rather than SAOs which doesn't align with AE goals and leading to poor inbound qualification. Good benefits and good product but still work to do
