I would say the base pay is this decent due to the fact that OTE is difficult to attain. In Europe a lot of the teams are doing well in the Americas they’re still trying to grow the product in the platform so most of the team is still not hitting quota. Management is having a hard time determining what is an appropriate quota for our product in the region

Many changes. Increased paperwork make it difficult to close a sale. Notion ocean is discouraging. Lack of pay equity and lack of internal opportunities for growth. We deserve better.

Within my first couple of months, I have seen almost 10 co-workers quit or be fired. They pay well but turnover is truly insane.
