In Europe a lot of the teams are doing well in the Americas they’re still trying to grow the product in the platform so most of the team is still not hitting quota. Management is having a hard time determining what is an appropriate quota for our product in the region

Lots of work goes into large deals and AEs often miss the rewards because accounts get handed to AMs too quickly, who then reap the benefit without th effort.
