Current Employee Leaders do not pay much attention to how AEs are incentivized because the comp plan drives bad behavior that isn't what's best for the customer. Lots of work goes into large deals and AEs often miss the rewards because accounts get handed to AMs too quickly, who then reap the benefit without th effort. Leaders focus on what they want and the incentive comp plan doesn't align with how large companies buy and expand. Browse Other Reviews
