If you put in the work and create a steady flow of converted opportunities, you can work very flexibly and can therefore really enjoy working for an all-remote company. Leadership does truly care about the success and happiness of the employees. The only thing that can be exhausting at times is the politics within the company regarding different product teams within the sales organisation.
