The Reputation platform was a leader in the space, and then they stopped innovating. They are now behind in the market, especially in the areas of AI applications within the product, and the UI is beginning to become outdated. The marketing team is a joke. They replaced their digital marketing CMO with a field marketing CMO, and the demand gen engine/lead flow is completely broken, which has rendered the sales development support for the sales teams as well as new content for outbound selling almost useless.

Reputation is, overall, a great place to work. The people are amazing, throughout the company. If you are looking for experience and a place to use new tools and learn a lot about how to sell a product, this is a good job.
