There's an overall issue with inflexibility within the org to solve systemic issues with the sales tech, salesforce being especially clunky and messy. But if you settle down for the long haul and have patience, upward movement seems possible and rewarding.

C Suite has directly lied to teams on changeds to keep us from leaving to competitors, and followed it up with a higher quotas. No support for you unless you are the top 1-2 reps in company. Stay away at all costs
