Former Employee2.1Feb 12, 2024This was an awesome company. The new leadership and focus on IPO has turned this into an old school boiler room. They don’t care about you as a person, only your number. If you struggle you’ll be kicked out. Look at how many reps have 7 months of experience with R365, 3 months to ramp, 3 to struggle and 1 to PIP out.
