Retool is become more and more uncompetitive over time. Overall the leadership team is not strong, particularly the new head of product, and I am not confident in the future success at the company. Most concerning is almost all the good people are leaving and the remaining people are not strong.

Really positive experience overall. Reps are beating quota. We were just 160% to our Q2 number. Good leadership starting from the top.
