Hated working here. Management would time bathroom breaks. Stand up 8am, 1230, 445. This was to make sure you were in by 8am but you couldn’t clock in early. Also so you never had more than 20 minutes for lunch. And they didn’t want you to leave early either. Product market fit is top class. No bdr ever hit quota before I was hired or for at least 6 months after I left. Maybe it’s changed.

Culture is good and the base is competitive for the role. Leadership supports but I wish there was more emphasis on consistent quality training. It was up and down and we never got consistent training through out the year to help. The product is great but extremely difficult to book demos because of how competitive the market already is.
