The people are nice. No current culture for internal promotion which was very disappointing. The product is great but it is an extremely saturated market.

This company has done a complete rebrand and gotten some very good leaders in. They really take care of their employees (events, weekly meals, chiropractic care, etc). There is a lot of support provided. Plenty of opportunities to earn more outside of just base salary and commission. Plenty of training. They go really heavy on training and constant improvement. Culture is good and the base is competitive for the role. Leadership supports but I wish there was more emphasis on consistent quality training. It was up and down and we never got consistent training through out the year to help. The product is great but extremely difficult to book demos because of how competitive the market already is.
