Amazing for high performers, ruthless with those who don't cut it. One jammy client can sort you out for 6 months of target.

But besides this didn’t learn much, very high turnover, targets changed every month for 2 years and unfair advantages to new joiners receiving inbounds allowing them to hit 800% of their targets. 2 was the max I could do but the product is incredible.
