The company has been around since the mid 1800s, and the culture is very reflective of that. Culture is deep rooted and change is not welcomed. The training program for the most part was a good experience, but still some personality conflicts between the staff and employees on various occasions. Regional leadership and above are there to intimidate, not inspire. Seems to be the common culture. People are awarded more for their metrics than their work and time with the company. Leaders are picked accordingly; great salesmen do not always make the best leaders. No HR department to report any inappropriate behavior.

My overall experience was mixed. This company puts a lot of work into training but sometimes the direction is lost with managements vision.

Had a great experience with Reynolds and learned a lot and was fairly compensated for the work. Not every role comes with a base salary so don't be afraid to negotiate for yourself. Left due to lack of upwards mobility in the company around management.
