Richardson has a less than 5% commission rate on deals sold. That far lower than industry standard. Until recently you had to hit 100% of your number to receive any commission at all. Incentives and comp have diminished in competitiveness over the years. The company strives to be relevant, innovative and does not rest on laurels. The tech stack is fantastic and will enable you for success. Offers a good bit of training and development, especially as a sales training company.
