Current Employee Richardson has a less than 5% commission rate on deals sold. That far lower than industry standard. Until recently you had to hit 100% of your number to receive any commission at all. There are not kickers that increase your number from less than 5% commission rate. It is an organization where you feel like you have been transported to the past, they are not a progressive or tech forward company. There are also a lot of interesting personal relationships between the execs and C-suite. The product is great and the market is ripe for the IP and tech but the way the business functions leaves a lot to be desired as an employee. I would look elsewhere.
